Returns & Exchanges

Customers are allowed to inspect the order upon delivery with the courier before accepting it. Returns can also be processed directly through the courier at the time of delivery if the item is not suitable.

Exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
In their original condition .. unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
Returned with all original tags and brand labels attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All returned items shall be inspected well before issuing a refund.

Once a return is received and inspected, the refund process will take 7–14 business days to be completed.
After processing, an additional 3–5 business days may be required for the refund amount to be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via a Smart Wallet or instapay account of the customer’s choice. Cash refunds through delivery representatives are not available under any circumstances
